SoC Professor aiding in research to deploy GeoAI to the world

Our very own School of Computing Professor and Associate Director Dr. Lakshmish Ramaswamy with help from Assistant Professor Dr. In Kee Kim and Professor Dr. Suchendra Bhandarkar working with colleagues within the University of Georgia on a new tool to aid first-responders from Climate Change called GeoAI. GeoAI is an artificial intelligence real-time tool that will allow first-responders to react to changes to land around the world resulting from climate change and natural disasters in an effort to aid in public safety, you can read more about the article linked below and congratulations to Professors Ramaswamy and Kim!
